I've searched through several threads and it seems, although inconclusive, that there is no force feedback with the Logitech Driving Force GT when driving over the rumble strips. Is this the case or are there settings that would emphasize this? It doesn't seem like it, but I just wanted to confirm. I wonder if this is something that can be added in a patch.

It's kind of pathetic that the official steering wheel for GT5 doesn't have this feature.

I think Forza 3 was the same way yet I prefer it that way since I own a Buttkicker. It feel more natural for the rumble come from the seat. Gt5 and Froza 3 are serious Buttkickers.

I have a Playseats seat. I don't know if that would work with it.

Erm... I'm pretty sure it does work, will need to check though. I know for sure when you mount/unmount any rumble strips there's appropriate feedback, not sure I remember or not if there's continued feedback while you ride along one....

I'm quite sure that there IS FFB with DFGT when driving.

Yeah, that's what I figured. For some reason it ain't working for me. I'll keep tinkering.

Thanks for everyone's responses.

I think it varies for different cars. For example, slower cars won't have much feedback when going over kerbs, where as faster ones will. That's my personal experience. Also what settings you using ?

My setting is on Simulation and FFB is at 5. I haven't logged too many hours playing, mainly just doing the license tests. I'll keep playing and see what happens.

Same here feedback is working for me as well. Check all your connections and settings, then see if that helps. Happy Driving.

I experienced the same problem in the beginning, I think it depends on what circuit you are driving, the car you drive and the car's settings (damping for example). The FFB of the DFGT (and curbstone rumbling) is good, almost equal to my red Momo.
