Logitech Driving Force Steering wheel Compatabilty?

I know this isnt totaly to do with gran turismo 4 but ill get a reply quicker here anyway. And hopefully it hasnt been answered i couldnt find this information from searching but i may have missed something :nervous:

Alrite well I want 2 buy a "Logitech driving force" steering wheel, i know it works with GT3 and GT4 but what i really want to know is what is its full compatabilty. Will it work on every racing game. Ive read on ign.com that it works with force feedback racing games. DOes that mean that it only works with those games or does it work with the others without force feedback with the vibration etc of force feedback.

If possible could you post a list of games that do work with it.

The old, blue Driving Force? I'm not an expert on it but I'll try to help anyway.

If it had both an USB plug and the normal controller plug it would work with every single game. If it doesn't (I'm afraid this is the case), it will only work with games that support it.

im not sure if it has the controller plug and usb port but those racing games in the list nearly all the racin games i have are in that list lol. Well Thanks 4 the reply.
 
No, it doesn't. That's mostly a good thing from the player's point of view though, the accuracy of USB wheels is from another planet when compared to the ones that plug into the controller port.
