The build quality and ergonomics of the entire Logitech G sim racing line up are so good, I don't know if they get enough credit for that. I've got the RS Track Wheel now and there is nothing I would change about it. Keep up the good work. Thats all I wanted to say right now lol.

@LOGI_Rich Will the Momo GT 320 be available for purchase again on the Logi website? When i visit the site in the Netherlands, i can find the wheel but it does not say in or out of stock. It looks more like an ad, but without saying where you can purchase it.

They never sold it here in the US. I got my round 320 right from Momo https://momo.com/en-gb/gaming/

May be the same here then. I already ordered the 330mm Simpush round wheel, as i prefer leather over that microfiber stuff (gets unsightly without gloves over time..at least my experience with a Fanatec alcantera wheel), but the quality of the Simpush wheel remains a bit of a mystery. Some like it, some don't.
So good to know i can order the Momo straight from Momo if the Simpush disappoints.

I enjoyed the GT/F1 style SimPush wheel. The round wheel has really wonky ergonomics. Felt weird to hold and use in actual driving.

Hi @LOGI_Rich

No questions, no advice, just a little message to tell your teams how delighted I am with my G-Pro set up.

The addition of the RS Hub and Momo sets have further increased my level of satisfaction.

I hope you have some nice surprises and I am waiting for you on the side of MFS 2024, still on PS5.
I would like to echo this. It doesn’t get said enough. The Logitech gear is top notch. I love my setup. Can’t wait to add an H shifter 😜

I’ve been playing with haptic pads in GT7 using SimHub to send telemetry data over (comparing the HF8 Pro to Freyja). One thing I noticed is that TrueForce picks up on some of the “road impact” effects that SimHub doesn’t send to either haptic pad. It would be an interesting concept for Logitech to incorporate TrueForce into some sort of haptic pad of some sort. I think I’ve seen people putting the HF8 into the Playseat’s seat cushion to get feedback that way too.

Hello Is it possible to adjust the stroke of the accelerator pedal? The springs are there just for stiffness but I would like the stroke to be shorter.THANKS

Yes, I added a 12mm M8 spacer to the accelerator shaft and then 5 washers in the cylinder to stiffen the preload spring. I then had to go to GT7 and recalibrate the maximum level for full throttle. I think I may have shortened the accelerator travel by at least 30-40%.

On this subject, it’s very personal because it depends on your driving position, your preferences... the important thing is to be comfortable.

Then, with the mod 3DRap, it depends on the number of spacers you use.

I give you my method for my personal preferences:

  • Installation of all the spacers of the 3DRap kit to obtain a short travel of the gas pedal,
  • In the general menu allowing configuration, go to the calibration menu (here, by maneuvering your pedal you can see the acceleration level sent to the game),
  • I think I defined a dead zone of 2 or 3% at the beginning of the travel if I ever had my foot in light support (my feet always stay very close to the pedals),
  • Then I press the pedal fully, when I reach the stop, the clearance indicates that I am at 60% of the gauge. By saving this parameter, the game understands that I want 100% of the acceleration when I reach the stop.

It’s not more complicated than that and I recommend you to find the personal feeling that suits you best.

I did this because I found the original setting uncomfortable for my ankle. I also appreciate the fact of reaching 100% acceleration faster.

For the brake, I chose the hardest composition proposed in the Logitech manual with a force setting of 30.

In general, I attack the brakes very hard and I can achieve my degressive braking by slightly releasing the pressure.

Sorry, no capture possible, I am far from my rig during the week.

EDIT (Precision from LogiRich below) :

This is only valid for games that offer a calibration of your equipment.

For example, FH5 does not offer it so with my setup, I cannot reach a gas position at 100%.

Not a big deal because I was playing the pad for this title.

You should be able to do this with Horizon - it has an outside deadzone setting for the pedals:

Perfect thank you so much, i'll try! i'm evaluating to remove the clutch pedal too and place the brake pedal to the left, since i don't use the clutch. today i'll do some tries

Starting from my sitting position, I placed the pedals directly in the axis of each leg.

Very pleasant and comfortable, especially for the brake.

I don’t feel the need for a footrest... too busy to rest 😂

EDIT :

It seems to me that we must avoid quoting a post if the response comes right after the message

are you comfortable without the clutch pedal and with the brake pedal all the way left?
You will find that the brakes cord is not long enough to move the pedal all the way to the left, but it goes far enough to make it way more confortable than in the standard position.

I have a pic from when I made the change that can show you how far it goes.
The modification was approved by the feline inspector of the house.

If anyone tried any third-party wheel rims that are compatible with the RS Hub, can you please post a review of it in this thread:

Thank you :)

I'm about to buy the Acelith F30S and the RS Hub, it will takes 2-3 weeks to receive the rims but as soon as i'll receive it i'll post a review 👌
