Saw this on Reddit and confirmed the listing on Amazon. It was added to their catalog yesterday.

Looks pretty decent. 7-speed plus reverse, includes the desk clamp. Hopefully they nailed the feel. I’m just surprised There’s so little info about it.

Amazon search pops it up. Clicking search result gives nothing at all. Doesn't show up yet on Logitech G site either.

Still on Amazon Canada so I copied the description from there:

Googling "Logitech G RS H-Shifter" lists a video that was posted on YouTube a week ago, I don't get it.

I wonder if there will be a clamp mount solution to put this side by side with the sequential/handbrake rather than front to back offset like how the included clamp with the sequential/handbrake would allow

@notarjy I am doing research on this subject, and for now, I can’t find a ready-made solution.

My G Pro Wheel is mounted on a Simlab P1X Pro chassis.
The only option is a fixation of the base from below, on a wheeldeck.

I estimate that the fixation by clamp (h shifter + handbrake) will not be optimal (not enough space).

There remains the option of mounting on a side bar but the distances communicated by @SPDN Stefano are not compatible with the Simlab bracket.

Apparently, it would be necessary to make suitable holes. I printed a 1/1-scale template for verification.

Your reflection interests me.

Received my H-shifter quite quickly, it took a bit longer for my handbrake.

For those who use an aluminum profile rig, I opted for these accessories from Trak Racer.

The site announces compatibility with Logitech shifters.

From my experience, I specify that the drillings allow fixation by 3 points without additional drilling according to an L-shaped shape (not 4 points according to a square template).

It’s sturdy, rather ergonomic, and it provides storage for the cables.

Driving for many months with two pedals, I reassembled my clutch pedal and took the opportunity to install the mod 3-Drap.

I use red Logitech springs and the spacers provided with the mod.

My first tests are quite conclusive, at least with vehicles that aren’t too fast.

For GT7, I regret that the game doesn’t really "punish" poor coordination and that it’s possible to use the shifter without even operating the clutch.

With great satisfaction, I had already used the 3D-rap mod to reduce my accelerator stroke (4 spacers + brown spring).

If you shift w/o clutch then you can continue. If you start using the clutch then its expected from then on, so you can miss time the shift and then have to re-engage - with a not very convincing sound effect. But you will lose some time so there is a penalty of sorts

Also any car equipped w custom racing trans will auto clutch so clutch pedal has no effect. The custom manual trans will use the clutch

Thank you @RS60NR for these clarifications... should I assume that I am familiar with this procedure 😂 ?

I will be more attentive during my next uses.

I have to admit that for now I’ve been practicing with rather modest vehicles (no heel n toe). Although I use an IRL sports car, there’s a real world between driving fast on the road and chasing tenths on a track.
