I don't really follow any of your post, but it seems like you're also asking if the Logitech G923 is the same as the G29. It's very similar, but features a progressive brake pedal spring instead of the awful single-rate and stopped spring of the G29, and Trueforce which adds a tactile dimension through the wheel perpendicular to the force feedback.
