I'm a bit dissapointed about the 'London' Track in GT5P. i was picturing a night circuit about the size of George Paris, but its tiny! Although the rendering's good, theres only 8 corners, and its legnth is shorter than the Suuka East course! I hope there's a bigger version in the full GT5...

London is going to be a very fast, but simple track.

This is the London course's location.

At the bottom is the curve around Nelson's statue.

How big were you expecting it to be? And I don't see anyone else complaining and in fact seem to be glad that there is a UK city track in GT5P at all and I don't imagine another version being put in either just because its Track length is shorter then Suzuka east course. By the way, I don't find making a thread about your dissaproval of this track to be as necessary as posting it in the GT5 Lastest News and General Discussion Thread.

I don't care how bloody short it is!!!! it looks sweet and i'm sure being a road course it will have various deeps and off camber sections that will test out the cars and our abilities too :) ppl who whine and complain about things they have not even tried yet really really get up my nose!

i can see this track is going to be popular online, because its simple, and good with slower cars :)

oh yeah and fast ones too :)

remeber that GT HD ? Eiger Nordwand its not that much longer then this track and yet people had so much fun with it, has 3 more corners :) and elevation changes... but this one has SPEED :_)

I agree with Jaguar C-Type too, it's not like Eiger was long. But elevation is a lot in a track. Look at the 'Ring. Many tracks that have elevation changes are classics, e.g.: Spa, Hungaroring, Laguna Seca.

Exactly, and don't forget Mount Panorama, Bathurst (A track I dearly hope is in GT5).

man that is a great clip.... the sounds definately sound more intense..... engine.... tyres..... woohoo...... oh and they have fixed the drivers hands.... he now shifts :)

Now that is what I call amazing replay angles, Polyphony is the master at cinematic replays, they just suck you in, now if only they would turn off that music!!. It looks unbelievably good, cars sound better as well. Guess I'm just gonna have to bide my time until GT5 comes out cause me ain't got no funds as of right now for a PS3, damn fiancé!!!

Only 2 laps? Cars look out of proportion. Maybe GT5p is a 720p game.

Video was recorded in 16:9 widescreen - but youtube converts everything to 4:3 ratio - hence the cars look 'squished'

Merged both london threads and moved into the correct forum

Well the one thing I noticed a lot in the game was the tire screech. Its very annoying at times. I think they did too much on the sound department. It was cornering and the tire screech as if it was sliding.....but other than that, it was awesome.

1.17 isnt too bad for a road car, yeah it will be a tight track for the real sports cars and pretty much a nightmare for a racecar but for the selection there is that seems fine.

tyre screech sounds ok for road rubber, hopefully the softer tyres will be a little less high pitch.

tyre screeching in real life sounds awful anyway so pd are damned either way.

iam a bit more concerned by there only being 12 cars instead of 16, i think pd have also set the shadows up with a bit too much contrast.

but still 👍

Thats awesome! I already love that track and the engine sounds are great. I'm not really all about how tire squeals are suppose to sound as I don't see the big deal about it, but I agree it has improved.

The angles used in the repaly, are outstanding, I am again impressed.
