Looking for a video capture card...

To use with my PS3 and computer. I searched around and couldn't actually find anything that seemed good for less than $150. I was only really planning to spend $30 at the most.
Does anyone have any suggestions? All I really need it to do is record video from my PS3 and PC.

Actually, is there anything that matches my price range? Everything I've seen is at least $50.

Go to ebay, find something for the right price and look at reviews of the product before you buy it.
