You need multiple level 24 tickets. Unfortunately you cannot trade those cars.

You can buy them all. The FGT is in the OCD (Online car dealer) and the f1's are in the NCD (New car dealer.)

Go to your items, press triangle on the paint you want to send, and select give to friend.

Sorry, I don't have time to trade right now as I already said and yes and go to Items, coloured paints, hover over paint you want to send, press triangle and select give to friend. Another way is to go to Community, go to the person that go want to send the paint to, click gift and go to items and then the steps above.
