Hey all im new to tuning and am curious on how to tune, what to do ect like how do i know what to change and how much is it trial error or ??

The thing to remember when tuning is, tires are where the traction comes from and tuning the chassis controls how the traction feels to the driver. It also controls tire wear and fuel mileage of course.

roll/sway bars control body roll, front and rear independently and how well bumps are handled.
Springs control weight, it’s shift, front to back, side to side and diagonally.
Ride height determines roll center, polar moment and effects the weights leverage on the tires.
Camber/Castor/toe effects how the tires interact with the tracks surface to control wear and feel.

Sadly we can’t adjust weight bias, anti-squat, camber curves, polar moment and other things directly, so ride height is our only option for them.

If we had more tuning options it would replicate real world racing better, but we use what we are given by PD.
