I'm looking for a Rally Style tune setup for the Evo IV. I'm restricted too 335bhp. Help with suspension and other things would greatly be appreciated. (Changed from the X)

Thanks,
RJ

This thread is your best bet for Rally Tunes... https://www.gtplanet.net/forum/showthread.php?p=7421530#post7421530

It was the FITT Rally and Street Tuner Challenge. Lots of good Rally tunes submitted. I don't think anyone tuned your specific car, but you can learn alot from looking at how people approached dirt tuning. I even posted my tuning notes for people to see what worked for me.

Thanks for the response, I'm new to tuning and the game (sort of). I usually just buy a car max out the HP and go. I don't really understand tuning and how it effects things.

If you're not restricted to the Evo X I would recommend the IV, the X is a letdown on loose surfaces.

Judging by your sig you already know what happens when you beg for information on the internet without doing much research on your own.

Very few people care about rally in GT5. Finding rally tunes is not real easy. Finding one for a specific car at a specific PP/HP/whatever is even more difficult.

If you want to play around in the dirt or snow you're probably going to end up adapting something from a different car. As as Hami already said, you have a link to some of the best tunes and rally knowledge you're going to find. Try some. Play with the sliders; you don't need to know what you're doing as long as you can feel the effect or the change. When you find something that almost works but you can't pin it down perfectly, then come back with the numbers and tell us what it's doing or not. Much easier for us to tweak numbers based on your experience than to say X numbers will work on your specific car.

I know that they still show in quoted spaces, but I deleted my suggestions. I will not longer spoon feed on this site.
