Very few people care about rally in GT5. Finding rally tunes is not real easy. Finding one for a specific car at a specific PP/HP/whatever is even more difficult.
If you want to play around in the dirt or snow you're probably going to end up adapting something from a different car. As as Hami already said, you have a link to some of the best tunes and rally knowledge you're going to find. Try some. Play with the sliders; you don't need to know what you're doing as long as you can feel the effect or the change. When you find something that almost works but you can't pin it down perfectly, then come back with the numbers and tell us what it's doing or not. Much easier for us to tweak numbers based on your experience than to say X numbers will work on your specific car.
