There is no Viper team oreca with 0 miles in the game...
Because you cannot win the car and you cant buy it new... so if you are waiting for one you better grad a chair...

You could get one with a ticket of some sort and it would be zero miles. With that said I have one with a million laps of Indy on it.

I dont think theres lvl 22 tickets..
Maybe with the birthday glitch... but it will be very difficult to get one...

It be better if you settled for one in general... and just do an engine and body refurbishing
