1 | 16 would mean I own 1 colour of the 16 colours in total. If it's orange it just indicates I only need a few more colours until I own all colours in which the car is available, (green means I own all colours, red means I own just a few colours).

I don't know the stock HP of the Cobra, I'll post it later when I get on GT5. Please let me know what you want.
