Lost all cars besides DLC...who to contact?

Well my game crashed and i lost all of my bought and won cars besides my DLC cars. Still have achievements, money, mileage points but not my cars. I cant find an email for technical support or such. Anyone here point me in the right direction? Thanks in advance.

But some have received "car tickets" from PD so they can replace their cars. Try reporting it to them.

I found this number at the Playstation Suport site. 0203 538 2665. It's Playstation EU. When I select my country U.S. the only contact options are the forum, you tube, or twitter. I "get it" that they don't want to be flooded by thousands of calls every day, but I had a problem with amazon that was not being resolved online. One phone call to them and poof it was fixed.
The folks that have actually had contact with PD should freely share the info. Please! 💡

From other threads it is Sony Playstation customer service that has provided the car vouchers to buy the cars back for free.

Does anybody know if your liveries are permanently lost? I would be super mad, I've sunk countless hours into creating them
