Lost game data

I just started GT Sport and saw that all my progress and my game data is lost. I lost my online statistics, my rank, my credits and my single player data. The only thing that is still there are my cars and liveries, but it looks like only the liveries that were applied because in my feed there is none anymore.

Is there anything I can do about this? On the GT Sport website I didn't even find a support or contact option. Man this sucks real bad
 
It's weird because mine is always from 2-3 days ago.
If that save doesnt help you...
I dont know if you can access older saves.

yeah I don't know what to do apart from that honestly. Thanks for helping tho

Really a bummer but at least the cars are still there

but man having the stats from hundreds of online races deleted and also 10 million credits gone is hurting real bad
 
Hey @Arctic_ have you got your PS4 set to Auto-upload to PS plus, and if you have do, turn Auto-upload off and do it by a manual save daily to PS plus, because if there is problems with your save like things disappearing, and you set it to Auto-upload you can not go back to your backup save.
 
My save data is about 250Mb so you can get away with a cheap 1gb usb stick.

May as well get used to backing up once a week or so...
