Lotus Carlton rare?

As many here will state. Not much is rare anymore with Duping.
I had to trader get my Carlton. I have been watching UCD for one since I got the game and have not seen one pop up (Lvl 29/Lvl 22).
I'm sure I missed some days here and there, but I have not seen one yet. They say there is sequence to the UCD, but it's still a bit random. I often have 2 of the same (rare) cars show up side by side, same color, with about 10km difference in mileage.
In other words... It depends : )

My bro got one a few weeks ago in black. Tuned up quite bit. Not seen seen one in ucd since.

I have also had 2 of the same pop up at the same time.
I thought the Lotus would be rare so I brought the first 2 that showed In my UCD lol.

Many cars come 2 at a time within close range of each other and then they're gone. Almost like they're trying to hint at purchasing....like this is your chance...Too late we're gone.

I cannot find an '90 Infiniti G20 or the stupid Gathers Civic because of this.
