That's great! i hope you win next race though since i'll be away then ;)

My success at Nürb GP/D has lately deteriorated, it's GP/F where I'm successful more often... but I'll try and see what I can do :dopey:

Hopefully akmuq won't show up to dominate this race again like last season.

In any case, our team is only 6 points behind the conveniently named "Team Lotus" :dopey:

It's the colours, like the '60s lotus F1 cars. :sly:

Oh god, hate the new Nurburgring tracks. But seeing as it's half term and I can get on everyday, I'll hopefully be well practiced. 👍

Will there be no team table? :P

I guess it's something like this though

1. Team Lotus 25p
2. Gold Leaf Racing 24p
3. Scandinavian Racing 19p
4. Aftershock Racing 8p
5. Grúpa RE 0p

Because I'm lazy and Dax never seems to thank me for making them :D

BTW, one thing I've got to say is that Sweden and Great Britain are totally old-fashioned. We live in the 2010s and you have royal families. :sly::sly:

Well yes, can't really help that people are stupid and want to keep paying some family money year after year just so that they can make stupid statements and be generally weird. 👍

And get a new yacht. :D

Okay, that might just be a conspiracy, but a scary one for sure...

I should be rich already.. i'm farbror Joakim
hr.php

after all..

(farbror = uncle and joakim = my name )

Already know that.. have bought those comics as a child when i was in finland.. only looking at pictures :P

I just realised that if me and dax would have taken it easy and not let the ones behind us catch up and then crash then we would have been first and second in the team champs ^^

So do I have to join a team?

I blame my pit Crew, they failed in FMSC too....

I hope you noticed the small print in that post, I don't want to seem quite so arrogant. :)

Yeah, I was hoping I could pit and hopefully you wouldn't in order to try to break the draft. But of course you pit right in after me, yet when I came out of the pits I had 4 seconds on you which was all I needed to be able to get back into my rhythm (I was getting a bit nervous with you right behind me and was making a few mistakes :nervous:).

I think the reason you're pit crew held you back was because they were ready to release you as I passed your pit box so they had to wait before they could release. :)

Notice.

Phil Bell, the DCRL stewards have reviewed the replay of Saturday's race and seen that you cut across the pit exit line. As you joined shortly before the race started and it is your first offence it has been decided that you should just be given this public warning.

In future try to stay inside the pit exit line otherwise penalties will have to be handed out. Thanks. 👍

I thought this would be for excessive kerb usage when I was learning the car.
First time in a series where the blend line rule is enforced, I apologise. Will try to stay within it for the upcoming races.👍

Thanks for not blowing up about it. :)

It is in the OP as it can cause accidents but mo problem. 👍

Oh yes there is a point I would like to make. The formation lap was chaos from where I was, the sudden braking and acceleration by those in front didn't help.
Got rear ended hard and that car overtook me on the formation lap. Grid was right though.

As long as you leave a gap between you and the guy ahead it should be fine.

This goes to all: On the warm up lap, you should wait for the person ahead to go before you do. Leave a gap so you can warm up your tyres without hitting someone else.

Hmmmm.... You should leave a 2-3 car length gap really. On the formation lap people will be weaving, braking and accelerating hard in order to warm their tyres. 👍 As long as the guy let you back through then there isn't a problem.
