Who cares about 2008 now.. this year there will be only one team. LOTUS <3 sadly there's no kubi this year either but luckily kimi is back and grojean is real charming!

Best driver/car/team combo won. ;)

Ferrari gave Massa the car to win the championship (in the dry, the F2008 was a dog in the wet), but took it away with team errors.

Ferrari gave him the car... FIA gave him the cheats...

Hamilton still wins.

Erm..... Disagree... Massa was a great driver before that accident..... flashes of Montoya in him :sly:

2008 was before the accident.

Yeah he was great, but he wasn't as great as Hamilton.

That's what he meant? :dopey:

And he STILL is a great driver.

He will win in 2012.

I know.... that's why I said it.....

Hamilton is quick and he had the car to win the championship, Massa is quick and he had the car to win the championship, Hamilton wins by 1 point. You can't really say one was better than the other. :indiff:

Hamilton will.

Edit:

Hamilton didn't have the FIA backing him up constantly, infact it was the complete opposite...

He still doesn't and complains when there right..

I don't take F1 opinions seriously off of a guy who believes the conspiracy that Glock let Hamilton through.

Never said it was a conspiracy. And it's your choice to believe or not what I say.

At the end of the day, Massa's days at Ferrari are numbered.

I like the guy, but he is not up there with Alonso and Hamilton. (And Raikonnen now he is back, but we will have to see if he's still got it.)

Massa will surprise this year I believe.

Massa is my favourite driver, but I easily admit that Hamilton and Alonso are better (Vettel and pre-injury Kubica too). But not the guy Massa beat in almost every way in their 2.5 years together.

Massa would defiantly be a world champ if he hadn't that injury back 2009. 👎

Suppose he's lucky to still be in F1 and more importantly to still be alive.

Again, back on topic please..

That accident completely derailed the upward trend he was on. He was having his best season in 2009: car was bad but he made no mistakes and was beating Kimi comprehensively. He hasn't be the same since. :(

I like Mark Webber, lol.

I know! Someone here a fan of the show TopGear? Last episode didn't really satisfy me that much compared to the older ones. I mean, I rather watch when Jeremy raced against May and Hammond using a super car while they were using the public transportation.

Anyways, I'm really looking forward to the next race in this Cup. I feel that the race will be more tight not being allowed to tune the cars. I like that!

Don't tell me :nervous: I missed it for a race and have to get the replay Wednesday or Saturday :odd:

I actually much prefer touring and GT cars to F1, WTCC, V8supercars, ALMS GT, Australian GT...

👍, Hamilton and Alonso can be better. ;) Massa had his flashes of brilliance too. Montoya was always my favourite and Massa is my favourite on the current grid.

And I don't know how you can say that the FIA were helping Massa all the way through 2008. I know Hamilton got some dodgy penalties but so did everyone else, including Massa.

Anyway F1 is rather boring compared to GT, Touring and Sports car racing. 👍

And back on topic- anyone got times for GP/D?
