use a manual gearbox, in 2nd gear get to its tip speed, slam on brakes till 30 mph. then give full gas, it will lift up, shift when you hit high revs

2-Turn off the driving aids accept for the Skid Recovery(So Skid Recovery On)
3-Use the manual gearbox(so shifting al by yourself)
