My friend messed up my GT3 savegame and I lost all my gold licenses. I don't really want to go through all that trouble again and was wondering if this cheat would speed up the process of getting my gold licenses back. I was just wondering how this code works. Does it just slow down the clock?

all it does is stop the clock at a really low time like 9 secs, then you can just casually drive along and get all golds
