LSD for 4WD cars...

Ok, I have an Mitsubishi Evo here, which got very much overstear.
I understand a little bit what's going on in an LSD, but not for 4WD cars...

The Evos are tricky to tune because they are very nose heavy.
If you post the full tune and specs of your car someone might help you out.

Also, you'd be better off moving this to the tuning forum.

Also, as was already said, you would do better in the tuning forum. Also doing a search on your specific question will also produce results as I have seen topics on 4WD LSD tuning many times before. 👍

The Evos do have the AYC, right? I wonder how it differs from a standard LSD.

AYC works electronically to make "computer/on the fly" adjustments to your differential depending on information received from an accelerometer and computer measure G-Force (so the computer controls it) .. Adjustable LSD is a preset differential made by you so your adjustments stay the same no matter the driving conditions.i prefer to set my LSD.
