Decrease the second number if you realize that you need more torque at the middle of the corner while drifting.

Decrease the third number if you realize that you need more engine-break while reducing ur gears.
 
i agree here, this worked out best for me in my 370. i did try using a welded diff (60,60,60) at first but then found that a 2 way was much better on exit and straightening up.
