This car is just a beauty.
Switch the X2010 to this car instead:D

I wouldn't be too surprised if this is something PD already have on their schedule.

It would be great! They should also make a Special Event for that car, like the X1 Special.

PD should do it:). It's a great car that represents GT.

Totally agree 👍

that would be great, and couple more from the 12 hours at Sebring

It would be nice if we could get Lucas as a DLC B-Spec driver.

I'm sure he would sue PD for making him so dumb in game :D

Does this come to mind?

Would be cool to include Lucas' car.

They should Make it a dlc for like 5 bucks, all the proceeds going to the releif effort in Japan. I would gladley pay if it would help others, Win-Win situation.

YAY LUCAS!!! Great job on the 12h Sebring! I watched about 4 1/2 hours of it. NOW ALL WE NEED IS YOUR CAR!

But we need the tracks to drive these things on. There aren't enough real tracks in GT5 suited to LMP cars.

It needs to happen. Although Lucas is skilled he is not exactly the best ambassador for Le Mans. I would think someone like an Allan McNish or TK would be much better.

Agreed!

This car needs to be included. Hopefully it'll be open to everyone. GT6 needs all the LMP1 and LMP2 cars and as many of the GT class cars as possible. Whats the point in GT sponsoring Le Mans if they don't have half the cars! Speaking of which this car has been entered in the 24 heures du Mans, although I don't know if Ordonez will be driving.

I mean the car itself has the fricken GT Academy sticker on it. Of course its going to be in GTFive:sly:

This is again a sign how unprofessional PD and Kaz are actually.

If this has been actually an EA game I bet 1mill dollars we would have got a pay DLC just right in time for Sebring to replay the race live, with Sebring and the Nissan included and maybe even some more LMP2 cars.
Actually GT5 doesn't have any LMP2 car at all, so just to get that one Nissan wouldn't make a lot of fun anyway, as the competition would be missing.

Also what about the new Peugeot 908 Team Total 2011? No DLC nowhere to be seen or do we have to wait till GT6?!

The biggest sign of lazienest by PD, why no news on updated skins like for the Matmut Oreca 908 2011. It's still the same car.

Is it really that ****** complecated for PD to make just one damn skin!!!!

And we don't need to say that the R15+ is missing anyway.

Dude they have more to deal with in there country right now then updating a video game.... :odd: PS, they are not lazy at all..Btw EA racers are arcade racers that get old after a year, go play them then...

I actually tweeted this idea to Kaz about 3~4 weeks ago. Along with the Sebring track itself. No response. And under the circumstances, I'm not expecting to get one now. :(

Dude, do you know how long it takes to even Skin a car ? Let alone model ?
So how bout you cool your nuts and wait ?

On topic, I was thinking the same thing about having his car as DLC, theres no better promotion or idea really then have the car which he drove, in the game that got him there.

Always the excuses with this crowd. :sly: I'm sorry to say, but in this particular case, kazuyam is 100% correct. PD totally and completely dropped the ball with this. They're operating in a vacuum, oblivious to what's going on in the sim racing, car racing, car gaming world around them. And people just accept it as if they can do no wrong. Here, the very first GT Academy winner has graduated to an LMP car and he just took part in one of the most historic endurance races in history. How about a little cross promotion? DLC for this should have been waiting in the wings. Both Sebring as a track and the Oreca Nissan.

To be fair, I don't know how long ago Lucas was offered this drive. And perhaps there simply wasn't enough time to put it all together. But somehow, I guess it wasn't even in the cards. PD are clueless. They're probably only just NOW thinking about it instead of trying to put something together months ago. By the time they come out with this car, the season will be over. Web ads and banners at the track with the car, with Lucas and big Playstation and GT5 logos could have sold tens of thousands more GT5 copies world wide. And a heck of a lot of DLC. Sony could have had a presence at Sebring itself with a dozen PS3s running GT5. And Lucas could have been there to help promote and sign autographs. What a gold mine.

Well to be fair, did we develop GT5?

Asinine question I know, but really whatever PD has done and not done for whatever reasons will probably be never known to the mass consumer base and fans.

It's another case of we can only know if we were in their shoes, and actually were there.

You have to remember though, that is for one person. Talking of putting a skin on the car, if they already have a texture map it would take a matter of days, if not less.

LOL @ everyone who's turning emo in this thread.
