Whats an X box?
Basically run a car that is not considered a rally car, eg Viper GTS, Tickford Falcon, SVT Cobra etc around any Rally Course in the game

Rules
The same as any other OLR comp. except for the 2 wheels rule, as on a GT3 rally course you always have 4 wheels on the track

All laps are run in Free Run or Run and settings Mode

All times will be taken via the honour system but any times considered too fast will require a replay

For the fun factor any car used must have its maximum amout of HP, and TCS/ASM set at 0

Three cars, T&T at Swiss Alps. I only got time for about 5 laps each. Each car had all removable power upgrades, racing suspension (raised and softened, but otherwise unsorted), and unadjusted racing transmission.

Motorsport Elise, 330 hp, 1':19.788"

Ruf CTR2, 826 hp, 1':21.235"

Suzuki Aalto Works, 242 hp, 1':22.732"
 
m for some reason I doubt those times. A Motor sport elise outruns a CTR2? I think you mistyped.:D

Nope, not on dirt. The CTR2 spent about 1/3 of its time ballistic. I had to stay out of the throttle so much to keep the thing on the ground that the MSE walked past it.

The last one is the best of the four. I was checking my past times in the R/L DB and was only 2 seconds off the top spot after only 1 try so I worked on this for 1/2 hour, adusting the tranny a little and made the top spot over Flinx by .3xx seconds. We'll see if anyone notices over at Racing-Line. They like to inquire about replays when one of the big guns gets topped.:lol:
 
Seeing how both you and GT3mich's runs are highlighted , they're going to be hard to miss.
 
I heard a rumor that there was a second MR car out on the TC track and turning 1'22's in reverse mode but it has been unconfirmed.;)
 
Here we go again.:rolleyes: We've been down this road before, Lafe! :lol: :lol: I figure I left at least .5 sec out on the track just incase this might happen.:) Now we'll be in trouble if jimeez see's this. I'm gunnin for a 1'21.xxx lap. It's funny how these comps can generate side races all on their own....:trouble:

And their sure to notice. Slowpoke and another guy have a battle going on at the SS with the F688. They keep trading places, dropping their times by .002 seconds to take top spot overall.

I too figure that there is another .500 available and that a 21.7xx should be possible. But I never seem to enjoy the pursuit of the final tenths of a second to get there so we will see. I may come back and try it again if I tire of some of the other cars.:)

Had a skid it MSE, just could not get it balanced enough for my liking, any you of you guys (that are way faster than me) got any pointers? Setup is at about the softest you can go, Spings at the minimum, ride max, dampers at 2/1 front rear and the stabilisers at 2/1, also running minimal camber
