Lumbar support pad for cockpit seats?

Really like my Obutto. Buuuut, something it's lacking [for me] is lumbar support. In the real cars, I need to crank in support, it irritates my wife! Can you guys suggest a good lumbar pad for my seat? Either memory foam or gel are ideal.
 
You know your playing too much GT5 when your back starts hurting. :sly::gtpflag:
 
The Back Booster looks to have deflation issues with some reviewers on Amazon. The Back Hugger is interesting because it's thin. I don't want something like your Gramma would use to lunge her forward in her Caddy ;)

EDIT: with the PlaySeat, it's easy to add foam for support. The Obutto and other seats are all stitched up.
 
Uk based but I'm sure that you can find a similar distributor in the States: Link

If the seat is fabric covered, these just 'stick' on with velcro. I have one small and one large and they're very comfortable. Hope that helps... :)
