When I was leaving to go to dinner I saw it as I was driving it was right in the middle of the eclipse. Awesome stuff. 👍

Anyone think it made the moon look a lot closer? Like you could touch it? It was pretty amazing.

It was pretty small when I saw it, it was about 8:30-9:00 MST when I went outside.

I wish I would have gone out earlier. I guess it was pretty awesome, according to my wife, who didn't tell me about it until AFTER she got back from the store....

I was at work when it happened (should have been 3.50am [ish] GMT) so made a point of having my break at that time, and the co-ordinator said he'd seen the moon about an hour or two previously so I was very excited!
I went outside to see it and...it'd bloody clouded over!!!

What is the point in being rostered on to work a nightshift when there's an eclipse if I don't even get to see it?

The light in Toronto came from the same side it left on the moon, and there were darker ones in the past... It was still an amazing sight one night later, though.
