I have one last idea, though at the same time it kinda sounds out there, but I'll do my best to explain in it in a manner that makes sense. Effectively what if its a calculator. Meaning regardless of what system or unit you use it on, it wil always equal the same thing. So, instead of having it presecripted exactly, its making its calculations exactly the same way each time because it has no other or ew variables to take into account as well as not properly being random. So basically saying, the computer is making up the list as it goes, but each and everyone's list will be exactly the same. It'd be like saying my calculator says 1024 multiplied by pi to the Nth power equals X. Well if you do the same thing on yours its going to come out the same. Its predictable, but not scripted. So either, I may have given people nightmares with that theory, I'm going to get laughed at, or worse, Kaz is just as weird as I am and actually iplemented something like that. If the first applies, sorry. But its just a theory. It would also give the idea that the list is random when its not, keep the lists consistent across all the different PS3s and also keep the list from repeating itself for quite possibly a very very long time if ever. It would also keep anyone from precisely planning when a car is going to show up to purchase it, as well as allow for a list that PD wouldn't exactly have had to make themselves (though I'm not sure how much thought process goes into that). Sorry for the long post.
