Right now Im grinding "Like the wind" 140,000 Cr ever 2 mins but I wanna make like 2 million or somewhat million per race in a short amount of time, I dont care if its seasonal or if I come last every time I just want to make a few million

At last, the voice of reason among all the silliness. It's also my 'go to' event for raking in credits and it's also great fun, I am just hoping they don't take it away like they did with the previous seasonal events.
Basically pick a track you are good at and find a seasonal that has that track and that you have a car for. After doing it 10 - 20 times you should be able to detune your car to double the $. Coupled with the login bonus you get 4 times the credits. Several examples have been listed, if you like Eiffel Kart you can do the 415pp Honda civic race for 1million a race making 200k per min X 60 minutes is 12 Million per hour. The key is just fining the event that has your track and getting decent at driving it. Don't give up be persistant your lap times will get better and better and so you'll constantly be getting the message "you can not have more than 20 million credits".
I don't and won't cheat. My go to race is the DTC Seasonal Nurburgring GP/F track using a detuned 517pp Calibra. Just over 2mil per race @200% bonus. It's fun, it's not exactly easy so it keeps my attention and it pays well in XP too. Just over 10min per race so I make about 12mil per hour.
How are you getting 4.5mil? I decided to see if I could make more money with this suggested track/series than my go to track/series at 2mil per 10min. I don't understand how you're getting this much unless it was during the period a short time ago when the PP rules were changed or you're a driving god.
I'm using the following setup:
Ferrari F10 '10
200kg ballast -15 position for 50/50 weight displacement
211 mph top speed quick set in the tranny (will still hitting the rev limiter when getting a good draft though)
No other changes other than suspension tweaks.
End result is 691hp @ 760kg @ 808pp
The event is limited to 871pp so with the pp differential bonus and 200% daily log in bonus I'm getting just over 2.5mil per win (and about 340k XP) for about 11 minutes of driving which is approximately 15mil credits per hour.
One could lower the HP (or aero down force which I would not recommend) to get a bigger pp differential but beyond a certain point even a slight mistake will absolutely kill your chance of getting the win.
This is a very enjoyable race though so I'm probably going to keep doing this one for the extra .5 million credits in about the same amount of time. It does require a huge up front investment to do this though so that's really the only drawback I can see.
