Making EVO 4 Turn Better?

Hi. I have played GT3 for awhile but I have never played it seriously. Example: Tweaking the settings and stuff. I have only been buying parts and installing them and see how much faster the car accelerates, top speed, etc.. I crash a lot even though I slow down a lot before the corners in my EVO 4 :(. Can somebody give me some tips on how to make my car turn better? Like setup numbers? I just want get a basic idea of how much I should be tweaking the car suspension. I don't want to mess up like crazy and ruin my precious car :(. Thank you. Sorry for being such a n00b hehe.

you can either try the gt3 settings or look for hte drift settings and town them down a bit :P

Hello bomexsi and Welcome to GTPlanet.

Have you tried searching for a similar topic?

If so, and there were no results, try going
here for settings as other members have stated.

I'd say, use your lancer with stock or close to stock hp; you wont have much trouble in the corners that way;
If you're still "learning", you'll find that it's much easier to drive the cars without a lot of power, which usually makes them understeer.

In the beginning I think everyone tends to fully mod their cars in order to compensate for the lack of consistency - even if you crash every corner you can still get back to first place in the following straight:lol: - but with some practice you'll see that you have much more fun beating the AI without overpowering them.

No. ASM=0. ASM should be turned off for ever on all cars.

To make any car turn-in better, turn ASM off, add gobs of negative rear toe and turn LSD settings down to 5s all round. On 4WD cars, turn the VCD to 10% (don't even FIT the VCD to a Skyline though), and on the Evo GSRs turn the AYC down as far as it'll go.
