My answer for an innovative driving sim...
For those of us that tire of the repetitiveness that is Gran Turismo 4 and can't wait for 5.
If you have a modded PS2, get this game. Well over 350 well sought out Japanese import cars (including well over 6 variations of the AE86!) of varying drivetrains and a ton of challenging, winding touge (And Gymkhana!). It's the sauce and if you like racing with your buddies (read: kicking the everloving out of them ingame) in a more competitive fashion, this game is for you. Into skill-demanding games? This game is for you. So without further ado (hey, that rhymed):

^ The game. Not sure if there's a working torrent out right now, but this can be arranged if absolutely necessary the scene must grow!

(note: the pics show very default perspective and.. er.. drivetrain tastes. I roll first person and manual transmission and it feels GREAT.)
It's still a relatively sweet game on the controller, but I recommend using the Driving Force Pro (for those of us that boned up hard on GT4) for maximum playability. We need to start an gtplanet.net kaido crew and start demolishing the internet rankings!

Thoughts?!?! This game is so underrated and unknown, it must be appreciated! Get involved now and quench your thirst for virtual touge king.
For those who lack a copy and can't see themselves being able to import it in the near future, PM me. A solution may be in line for you.
