I have pondered the thought of making my own team. Any suggestions? Tips? I probably won't, but then again...I just.might...if I can find the right people.

Find some friends/people you regularly drive with and then start from there. It's like making a clan on call of duty.

That's what sucks, I regularly race alone; I bounce around the rooms with.various friends. however, most of them are on teams and i don't wanna try to take them away lol

Well sir that's where tryouts come into play find some good tuners and start racing. All in tryouts look for great trees but consistent also find people good in all cars.

thanks.bro.

idk if i want to make a team or what. I like the idea, but im not sure if i should make one our wait and try to join up

Well...
Starting a team can be challenging... keeping the team going is even harder. You made a thread wondering if there were any teams having tryouts, or something like that, and now you're thinking of starting a team. I've seen lots of these situations. If you have a busy life, I'd suggest maybe you still keep searching for a team. But, if you're determined and have time on your hands, go for it and start a team. 👍

I'm actually with Hydro now :D

Sorry to those whom offered, no offense on not joinin.
I got stolen

hahaha

Take some advice from me. Get yourself well known. Think you are already? Well not enough. Keep plugging away. Get your name really out there. When you start clearing out rooms just by entering, then you're good.

At this point go ahead and make a team. But when you do it, stick with it. Don't give in. By getting known people will be crawling all over you to get in. I've had people beg me for MONTHS to get in. Set yourself a cut off limit. Don't take just anyone. Don't take too many people, as that gets hard to keep track of people. Assign roles. Make someone a co-leader, a recruiter etc. Set tough regulations. Take examples from my teams. Make it so they have to have a good base of cars to start with when they get in that are decently fast.

Doing this will work. This is why Hydro is so well known and why we've been around so long.

Oops just saw you're with us now. Oh well, this advice still stands with anyone else looking to make a team.

Lol I remember I would do this when you would join a room I was in back in the day. Don't know why I feared your name if I never ran you before.

Probably just from the chatter

Yeah me and a buddy of mine would join rooms, smash everyone and leave within 5 minutes and not say anything haha.
