Maserati Gran Turismo Glitch?

I have read on a couple of threads about a glitch with the said car, does this happen in the dealership or is it some other way? Because I really like the sound of the white body on black wheels (like everyone else) how can I get this paint combo on the car??
 
Why don't you just buy one of the aftermarket wheels and paint them black? No need for a glitch.

I think the glitch works like this: buy new wheels, paint them. now go into setting sheet and change to a different setting, it should leave you with the stock wheels painted whatever color you sprayed on the aftermarket wheels that are now on another setting.

So when you say setting sheet, that thing with all your cars stats on it and change to a different one like B or C???

That is how it did work, in 2.0. No longer works.

no, this is wrong.

The glitch works like this:

Make sure you are in Gran Turismo 5: v2.00

Buy a car (on which this glitch works, believe me there arent many, all cool cars will NOT work!) for example the Maserati Granturismo S, goto garage, go to settings, setting sheet, choose settings B, name this settings, for example 'maserati'.

Exit the garage, goto GT (sorry I don't know the name as Im not behind my TV), for wheels change, buy new wheels, after that paint the just newly bought wheels (in the color you want the original Maserati wheels).
Now go to the garage, the car, settings, settings sheet, and choose settings A, back, back, till you see the car, and now the car has its original wheels and they are in the color you just gave the bought wheels.

It tested this myself and I made a trade thread on the cars: check it

The glitch still works if you downgrade to v2.00, check this topic how to do so.
Believe me, it IS NOT worth it.

NOTE: Im not taking any responsibility, if something will not work, or savefiles get corrupted, deleted etc.

Aww :( oh well looks like I need to pay more attention to when new glitches are found :P
