1) Sit at home and twiddle your thumbs

2) Suck it up and go for a long drive to a race track

3) Not street race like the thousands of other car owners and speed freaks who have enough common sense not to do stupid crap.

the freeway was empty at that time. the first time i did it I saw no cars. the 2nd time only 3 and the 3rd none. And I never said I was racing againts others. I was alone. I saw some headlights behind me but they never caught up. And those replies about the ferrari and porsche, I wasnt racing againts them, i was just trying to see if the car was capable of doing the max speed it said it did and i was passed by them both. Want to get angry get angry at them I bet they were doing 130+, I was only going 115 and it was only for about 3 or 5 minutes, by then the limiter came on or whatever and I was back at 80. And hey do you really follow ALL laws?? why? i follow them 2 but not all of them. And hey i will continue to argue as long as I feel like it, so dont try to tell others what to do. 👍 👍 👍

A Porsche and Ferrari are much better suited to handle 130+ then your mom's Stratus is to handle 115mph. Not only that, but 115 "for a few minutes". And yes, I follow laws that have a shred of common sense to them, which is I am not a race car driver, neither are you, and the freeway is not a race track.

Not only that, but your story keeps changing. First there's no cars, then there's only some cars on the other side of the road, now there's 3 cars, and then there's headlights behind you. Obviously these roadways are not empty, and obviously you're risking people's lives with your stupid "test" to see what your car's top speed was.

And by the way, the top speed listed at the end of the speedometer is NOT your car's top speed.

I thought the story started seeming suspcious after hearing no cars, then 1 car, then 3 cars, etc.
 
umm.....we had to rent 3 12 passenger vans for the track team when we needed to go to gainesville.......our coach drove like a sonofa*****.

i think he had Hertz or whatever rental company install a kajillaton shot of NAWZ into those chevy expresses.....or his at least. thank god i wasnt in his van. we lost him because he was going 30 mph faster than us at all times.

110 (according to the speedo...not sure of exact speed, but the needle was definitly there) in a friggin van? not my cup of tea. anyhow, i got my taste of the terror soon enough, because the next morning we had to rush to the stadium. it was rush hour.

110 and WEAVING THROUGH TRAFFIC. well....more like 110 then slamming the brakes and crap. everyone in the van was ready to **** their pants. no joke.....im just glad we survived....because that was most definitly some scary ****.

I did say there werent cars but I didnt say what side of the freeway until a while back. There werent cars on my side, but I did this 3 times. The first time there were no cars, the 2nd time I did see 3, and the 3rd time I saw none. I wasnt even trying to talk about this But some kept saying about your putting others in danger when there was no one on my side, I really dont consider those behind me a risk because they were to far back. and its not my moms stratus, who ever said anything about being my moms stratus? dont be talking if you dont know S**T. and why are you getting all worked up about it, just drop the subject apperantly people like you find it all offensive or bad if someone speeds. Atleast I didnt speed like that on a traffic full highway. and I didnt crash and just mentioning that I did is a waste, because apperantly I didnt. And why keep talking about the speed I was going? it was just a question about the limiters and it was already answered? so why keep B**ing about this? so I was speeding, so what? get over it, Im not speeding anymore, but there are those who still do, worry about those, who have the potential to actually do harm to you. I dont, because I dont do that anymore. But whatever, keep talking, its your time that your wasting. Its not like your gonna change anyone about this, if they want to speed they will, and like I said. Worry about them.
