Probably because they aren't classified as modern day rally cars by GT5.
Let me know if they're missing both both pages and I'll get them included, but as far as I know, I've gotten every single tune from your page.

We did a FITT Rally Car Challenge a few months back. These tunes were developed under game update 2.08, so there may be some physics differences. This list of cars are by far the rally cars in GT5 that the tuning community has spent the most time with.
