This is a screenshot of a GT4 Demo that was playable at the North American International Auto Show in Detroit, featuring the Mazda MX-Crossport Concept which debuted at the same show:

some how especially by that photo I don't believe you although that would be really great if it were as well as some of the other nice ass concepts I've been seeing. :cough: Chrysler Firepower :cough:

What do you mean, you don't trust the picture? It's clearly the Mazda MX-Crossport on New York City circuit.

Cheers for the info.

TBH I'd much rather have had something like the Chrysler Firepower, Saturn-Sky or Shelby GR1 make it into the final car list. However beggers can't be choosers.

Cheers, Jamie

I'm guessing, he didn't see the link at the top of your post.

Saturn-Sky Nice Nice Choice.

Middle Dash is a horrible horrible Design IMO though, but that car looks Stellar.

:dopey: hey you framed me I don't remember seeing that link... ok.. but it's still too good to be true because if they were able to get that in the game what other cars did they?! :cough: time :cough:

oy... just opened a can of worms. prepare for a **** load of speculation now. :D:tup:

First the Auto Union, now this, heres me hoping for the Sagaris all over again.

I agree, I definately would rather see the Chrysler Firepower, the Four-Twelve, and the Shelby GR1 than the MX-Crossport. Although, I'll just be happy to see the game in my PS2, but thats besides the point.

Who said Mazda was the only one adding a car to the game? There's a lot of stuff being unveiled at Detroit, it's possible we'll see other concepts/new production cars...

Why are people saying what they'd rather see? this is about the Mazda. Clearly other cars will make it into GT4 than this. I wonder if the weak a$$ Greater Milwuakee Auto Show will have the demo? Or maybe Chicago, gives me a reason to take my Mazda 3 5-door out of state for once :).

That's good news. However, I got a question, is the fuel gauge has always been like that in the current Japanese GT4?

Whether it will be added to the US or EU Version (more likely) or they're gonna continue the GT Concept series, dubbed Detroit 2005. Hmm..

That has me thinking... That HPA Golf that won the "GT4 Award" at SEMA, back in November, and was supposed to be added to the game, isn't actually in game. US release, perhaps?

Its in in one of the other threads but for the european version they have added an old racing Audi? Even if its not an audi it is a new car for shure.

It's an old Auto Union streamliner, now all they need to add is the Suto union Type C and some racing TVR's and Marcos's.

I was just at the NAIAS on Thursday and don't recall seeing that Mazda on the stand. It very well could have been but SUV/Crossover vehicles don't really get my blood racing so I probably looked right past it. It's getting hard to tell one make from another.

They did have some GT4 Prologue cockpit simulators in the basement as part of the Subaru exhibition. That was my first experience with GT4 and the based on what others are saying, it looks to be a hell of a game. :)

my guess would be that the demo in that pic was just for promoting the MX-CROSSPORT, in the january 2005 OPM there is a big article about GT4 (im sure you all saw it) but in that article they said :

" we've had special single-make versions of the game for maybe 30 or 40 different projects-like BMW for the 1 SERIES, or the promotion we did with TOYOTA for the PIRUS, where you got a special demo if you requested a car brochure"

im wondering what all those demos are ???
