Does anyone have a good tune for the Mclaren f1? Mine is fully loaded,
817hp
599tq
weight 970kg

Its tail happy like no other! is there anyway to tame this beast and get it to run 150s at grandValley??

thanks

The huge power in this car is insurmountable from a tuning perspective... you really have to ease into the throttle at all times to stop from spinning out. Otherwise, this car is quite neutral so changing anything to encourage stability under acceleration is only going to introduce understeer. Installing a rear wing and maxing downforce would do exactly that.

At the end of the day however, driving skill is #1 and tuning is #2. We all need to achieve #1 to achieve #2.

Cheers

This car is definitely a beast. The trick seems to be to use a higher gear than normal in slow corners to reduce wheelspin and to make sure the car is pointed straight before flooring it. Mine is not fully tuned but pulled a 1:46.390 on Grand Valley on racing soft with no aids and ABS:1.
