How good would it be to have Ayrton Senna's Mclaren MP4/4 Car in the DLC that is coming in March! Agree or Disagree?

It's already been asked for. Like, a million times. And as epic as it would be, I frankly don't think it'll be coming anytime soon. It's all a massively complicated maze of copyrights and trademarks and yadda yadda yadda, and that's why we, the players, are deprived of things we want, like Porsche.

Its ridiculas that a car cannot be used because another company has rights to it.

Also the fact that there's only 1 or 2 working chassis left, so the insurance for modelling it would be astronomical. Imagine a PD programmer stepping on a front wing...

That would be expensive, nether the less we can only dream about driving it around monza I guess....

Iam sure mclaren themselves could supply every required spec and size for the complete car without much fuss so I wouldn't be too worried about any difficulties modelling the car, the only real hindrance is the utter mess that is rights ownership in F1.

That's the whole point of a company having the exclusive rights to something, so that others can't use it.

What about the new mclaren supercar that's coming? In all honesty, id rather have that.

I am assuming the GT modeling crew would be laying down hundreds of strips of sticky tape in a grid on the car to assist in modeling it, as is standard practice for doing high-quality models of road and racing cars these days.

They don't just plug in the measurements from blueprints and voila.
