Oh, I forgot the point of me posting this was so I'd have somewhere relevant for this video (also in the post above):

It reveals all the Phase Four movies, including a very subtle (not) nod to Fantastic Four at the end, hence the TBC!

Homecoming or Far From Home?
The Mysterio one, I forget which it is. Spoderman 2: Spode Harder.

Here's an irony: I haven't seen it

Lots of new characters and no Avengers movie team up, interesting. As someone who doesn't follow the TV shows, I just hope there's not too much critical backstory and I can still follow the plot in the main movies

Wonder who they will cast to replace Chadwick? Also isn't X-Men supposed to be joining MCU, or has that been cancelled again?

Michael B Jordan said he'll be in BP II. He's also looking to be in the BP TV series. Could see him as Black Panther. We'll have to wait and see.

The comics bring characters back from the dead. Would be easy to explain Kilmonger's resurface.

Aren't the Eternals basically like the Fate franchise? Not that I'm into Fate, but the concept seems vaguely similar. Also, for being named with a spider motif, why don't Black Widow and Spider-Man team up? And why is there no character called Brown Recluse, or maybe The Salticid?

Not sure whether this is the Black Widow thread but NATO (not that NATO, the cinema bosses' union) aren't happy about being deprived of some of the profit from her movie via Disney+ premier access.

I have news for them... I wasn't going back to the theatre to watch it anyway. Having supported MCU phases I, II and III almost exclusively via cinema releases I'm happier staying in and staying safe. Let's see how Shang-Chi does.

If you can't be bothered with Black Widow, or can't access Loki, here's Screen Rant's Pitch Meetings for the two (the Loki one will go live in about 2.5hr).

Spoiler alerts, obvs:

(Pitch Meeting is now on Tuesday rather than Sunday, if anyone cares)

So... Eternals. It's already had its red carpet premiere, but won't land in actual cinemas until this week.

However, it has already broken an 8-year old record for an MCU film. It is now - and by far - the lowest-rated MCU film on Rotten Tomatoes, currently ranking at 60% and beating the low mark of 66% for Thor The Dark World. It's about even on Metacritic, with Thor 2 at 54% and Eternals at 55%.

Potted summary seems to be it's too long (157 minutes), the characters aren't very interesting and are played pretty wooden, the CGI is pants, there's no humour, and there's basically no connection to the MCU itself apart from people occasionally mentioning Iron Man or Captain America.

Can't wait for the Pitch Meeting, which will inevitably land on November 9th.

Hope it's not what we've seen with directors that don't know anything about the comics, characters or movies. As they just want to do their own take about the characters.

Just to be clear, I only say keep your expectations low because if you expect disappointment then you won't be disappointed.
I'm not expecting a horrible movie but I'm not expecting the earth either.
