Mechanical damage in practice

Guys i run with mechanical damage heavy and when i have a damage in car and go to the pit stops it doesnt do anything.Why that?

Are you expecting them to repair your vehicle during a pit stop ???

yeah it said to repair your damage you must do pitstop

It repairs the handling but the visual damage stays the same (at leats thats what happens online)
