This all in Bspec. I just bought this for extreme German race. The top left first race. The one right under endurance.

My driver was level 23 or 24 and temperament in the middle. My Bspec exp overall is level 25.

I didn't win for several races so I upgraded one part at a time till the cars hp was over 800. When looking at typical opponents the max hp says 571 I think. I still didnt win. I went to change car and it said the cars hp was 944. Is this a bug? My car was in the 800 range hp. I don't get it.

My driver on the last race was in first place at lap 4 and lost in third. I think pd needs to fix this. Bspec is obviously crap in many areas.

So I fired the guy and hired a totally cold temper and totally hot driver. Now I have level 13, 7, 8, 7 and the 2 new guys.

How in the heck can such a supposedly incredibly powered car loose all the time?

Also do anyone of you notice the back tail flipping open on the cars trunk? What's up with that?
 
Strategy helps a lot, especially with RWD cars. I make my Bob slow down a lot sometimes, and learn when its best to speed up, like at the beginning, end, middle etc etc.

It's called active aero. As in, a retractable spoiler.

Either way, Bob just can't do well in certain cars. Give him a very mildly tuned R8 5.2 and he'll win easily.
 
I have an SLR, it is a cool looking car, but in my opinion, the handling is not up to snuff. Excess horsepower can sometimes through a car out of balance, or maybe it was not very well balanced to begin with. No doubt there are some folks out there who can win the event in that car (not me). I think my B=Spec guy won it in the Lexus IS-F Concept 08, I just had to really get on him to stop him from burning the tires up and spinning out, as the Lexus is a very powerful car too. See where your guy is losing it at and make the adjustment or try a different ride and you should be fine. By the way, I also have the SLS AMG and I like the way it drives a lot more than the SLR.

Wrong event,

OP is referring to the Schwarzwald B event, not the German GT Championship.
 
Yeah that event. Doh I never remember.
I don't know cars so how can I get better? I think I need more hp since the only way my drivers win is with well over 100 more hp then the typical opponents list says.

I just don't have a clue.

Iv raced this event more then 9 times now and best is 2nd place. My drivers are always fish tailing and even banging a wall or car then totally stopping.

I pace up right before straight sways or not very sharp turns. I'll let my drivers cool off by themselves as I think pace down means slow down and be passed.
 
I bought my Benz slr mclaren for I forget. 750k or something. Anyway. I just bought from the used list a 1.4 mil concept volkswagon. I came in 5th. Dang driver keeps fish tailing, smoking and stopping for a few seconds then go again.
 
I love this car. My one is fully tuned and wins every race. If I had money this would be my real car I think :D

I've used the S Audi Abt Audi TT-R Touring Car ‘02 and my bob won the events without a problem, it was in the online dealership a few days ago and gave me succes.
My bob is "cool" and he was level 25 when he entered..

Why do people call the Bspec driver bob?

I also think the cars in the online dealership are prize cars but not sure

Also. Is 944hp too much for the Benz slr I've got? Seems weird cus other cars accelerate much faster then it does. This is bad on windy tracks with barely a straight. My car looses all the time in 7 or 8th place in some races with my best driver who is 19 level or 20.

Also I notice driver gets way weak pretty fast. Goes to 0 strength after only a few laps on a couple mile track.
