Metacritic hacked?

Hi there, wondering if I am doing something wrong or if Metacritic is hacked. I wanted to put up a review on GT5, now the site only lets my award the game with a 0 and not the 10 I wanted to give. Just to test I wanted to submit a rating for Forza 3 to...there I am only allowed to give a 10...Now when I try to go on again I can access all Xbox 360 games except for Forza 3, that page won't open???
 
it sounds like the Turn 10 is on the move thingie, in here in gtplanet i've seen some stupid things too from them... A bit of a shame from their side isn't it?
