Method for duping Chrome paint requested.

I sent a Chrome painted car to secondary account, but the chip was still the original colour. Can anyone advise me on the correct procedure?

step 1 get a chrome paint chip.
step 2 back up your savegame
step 3 send chrome to secondary account
step 4 restore save
step 5 receive chrome at secondary account
step 6 backup this save
step 7 send chrome to primary account
step 8 restore save file at secondary account

repeat step 1-4 until you have 5 chrome paints chips at secondary acount to fully exploit this. afterwards you can send 5 chrome chips every day from your secondary account to your main.
