Hi, Iam new here and I just wanted to show you some pics I made during some races. Hope you like them, I will update my gallery very soon with brand new pics.:)

I only resharpened/recoloured some of the pics.
(You guessed it, iam a Toyota-7 fan :dopey: )

WELCOME!! Hope U enjoy GTP!! I like this pics, specially the 1st and 3rd ones. Nice quality. Try removing the black resolution bar, your thumbnails will look much better! Bring more of your work soon:)

Hmm, how do I remove that resolution bar? I guess I can find that information at the turtorial in the ''Read That'' threat at this site. I'll better take a look at it. 💡

Added two new pictures, they arent as good as the first 5, but they are worth a look I think.
And they are Toyota 7's. :sly:
 
Two things:
How do you save your pictures to your flash drive? Do you put them on your memory card first? How high is the compression quality set for photomode? Because, while the views of many of these pics are great, the compression is (honestly) very poor (though this may be because of my second question). I'm just saying this because it ruins many of the pic, particularly your first pic and ruins the Flugplatz pic even more.
Also, they all seem to be over-sharpened. Nothing personal, but take it easy on the sharpen tool, or resize the pics smaller when you do. It may help pronounce lines, but it can also reek hell on a cars texture. Just a little constructive criticism. Don't take it personal.
 
Hmm...oversharpend you say? I extra-sharpened them because I thought they are very blurred.
Yeah, I saw the lines using very big pixels, but they are not better without the sharpen tool.:crazy:

I save them using 'superfine compression''. The highest compression level.

Putting them on the memory cards messes with the color formation and (even more so) the way that PM captures headlight glare.
Here is your Toyota 7 engine pic. I've marked the major spots that the sharpen tool (and I think the contrast tool as well) messed with the cars color blending and curves. The sharpen tool can cause the blocky appearance you see marked, as can the contrast adjustment tool if used too liberally.

Ah ok, found it. I'll erase that black bars next day, its already 3:22 AM and I have to go to work. :indiff:

Here is the unmodifed picture of the T7, can't see any differences.
As you can see, I only changed the lighting and resharpend the whole thing a bit.

Give me a minute and I will do a collage of sorts. Some of it is because you saved it to a memery card first, I will say.
Edit: Done. I understand why you didn't see it. Saving it to the memory card messed with the compression as it is. When you sharpened the photo, it accentuated it.
 
Yeah, now I can see it, in the first comparison there is big a quality difference, the lest two are not extreme. However, next time I'll avoid saving the pics to the card first. 💡

But I can't see that much quality errors in the other pictures, I think that pic with the Toyota and the ''speeding toyotas'' is a ''bad ones''. :indiff:
 
Can I see the originals for the McLaren F1 and Ford GT/Audi R8/Skyline Concept? All of the others just seem to suffer due to being saved to a memory card first.

No need for that anymore.

Looked at the other originals and I came to the conclusion that sharpening the pics will increase that memory-card-errors dramatically. But I still prefer the the sharper pics with errors over the blurry originals. Blurry pics are just ugly, and the blemishes (SP?) are not that bad. :)
 
New pics, Honda S2000 LM edition and Peugeot Turbo 85'' added. Enjoy and please make a comment. :dopey:

(All new pics are made with USB stick only, so the pics won't suffer of bad quality anymore. )
 
Well this new update is good! The Peugeot pics are ok, but the S2000 shots are much better! the cameras that U used in the S2000 pics are very good, U know how to catch the car in cool positions. Looking forward to see more!!

Good lighting in most of the pictures. Some are very sharp and it makes the picture look bad. May I suggest you get Photoshop or some other free photo editing software? It'd really make your pictures look good.

When you have the time, come check out my gallery :cheers:

To the screenshot editing, yes I make most pictures a little bit sharper, I can't stand blurry pictures.
However, you are not the only one saying they are a little bit too sharp, I think I'll leave the next pics with their original sharpness. 💡

Of course I'll check your galleries out, but first I have to upload some new pics. :sly:

They say you have to wait untill 640-700 days to get the black editions but can you also buy them on day 1400?
