Yes, these vehicles can roll over when turning at speed, so we have to be extra careful when racing.

If we're using GMT 0, then race time at EDT should be 18:00. 17:00 if using BST.

That's right, US and Europe are on Daylight Savings time, so I should change the schedule to...

10:00pm BST / 5:00pm EDT / 2:00pm PDT

Does this seem right?

Right on, though I don't know if I'll make it. I have a series race a couple of hours before, and it ends a little close to race time. I'm positive that I can get in the room if I hurry.

Not to worry, you can always join in for the second race onward.

Updated the schedule.

This car is so much fun to drive!! It's so cute seeing it reach 100 km/h, slow down and do it again. Like being at a slide. I nearly tipped once! And you can do Matterhorn on 4th gear the whole way.

I'm assuming k trail is the really long one?

I'm OK with it, I'll see if I can make the first race after tomorrow's series race.

I still have to buy my car. And be vying for additional time on the ps3. But I hope to make it (5pm EDT).

You do know that this next weekend right? :p

April 12 is the event it's only April 5

I will try to join this, sounds eh... interesting? :D

I want to sign up, these cars are really cute!

Does anyone know much about the "Race Quality" setting for online racing? I would like to set it to low so there's less connection issues, but I'm not sure how that affects other things like the graphics.

I think it would be safe to set it on standard. Low is for the really bad internets, I think.

Race 1:
Matterhorn Short Track – 6 laps
I did few test laps at Matterhorn, not sure it was the correct one though... There are 3 different track layouts right? Is this the shortest one? If so, omg that climb, looking forward to see 6 cars side by side climbing that hill :D

edit: ok so now I found there is a shorter version :ouch:. I think I drove 5 laps or so on that 2 mile version ... Very interesting experience...

There is yet an even shorter layout that is only about half a mile long. That is the one we will be racing. I'm pretty sure it's called Matterhorn short track. Not dristelen, rotenboden, or that other one. It is simply called Matterhorn short course.

Yep, that's the name of the track :) We drive up a short hill, then come back down and complete the circle at a pretty high speed, until we approach the hill again :D

There's a hill on our last course that is really steep, and the Midgets will be travelling at about 12 kph (7 mph) as they approach the top.

its like a roller coaster

Just did a few laps at Matterhorn Short... tried to push it to the limit... flipped my Midget. :mischievous:

Imagine what it would be like with Racing Softs... You can roll so easily on every corner...

I got my Midget to do three rolls in a row!
