Should I buy boost upgrades? Or will they slow me down, I had them up to level 4 on a stang and ran 9.6s, but I get pwned by WoO who doesn't have them at all. Any thoughts?

Maybe I should buy some suspension parts to get my ET lower. I went up a driver level and bought the upgrades for that level and only dropped my ET about .7.
 
I don't know any settings, but I'd say you could decrease the rear tire pressure, and rear damper to get it faster. But I could be wrong.
