I use the car that looks like a GS300 or 400

but I always miss the last 3.. theyre on the highway and I cant figure out how to get over to the other side where they are and everytime i wait for the computer to lead me i always mess up somewhere and they lose me lol
 
i'm stuck at tokyo on the wet one..... its very hard to drive in the rain with a powerful rwd car... i am really dissapointed at how short the arcade mode is... in two days i've beated over half of the game (Percnetage wise)... i know its a big online game, but i dont have a network adapter or broadband connection :(... i guess i'm just spoiled with gt3 :)



EDIT: i turned on the ps2 to be a little more specific.. i'm at 70.9 % and using the Saikou to beat Nikko in Tokyo... maybe i'll beat it later today, but its tough.... also.. how do you unlock the cars in arcade mode.. there are a few more cars available in arcade mode than in career mode (i think i done have 4 cars in career mode and quite a bit more in arcade mode) how do you get the others?

You must first play the Career tracks to unlock cars, after that you will have 25 cars, n three bikes, you go to Arcade mode an finish the game winning the three copper cars rgwewin with the, final car you unlock in the Championship race #6
 
well, i went back and beat that race, it wasn't as hard as i thought it was gonna be (i only raced it a few times before my previous post)... i went through it a few more times to learn the fastest route and it wasn't hard at all... i agree with epic... the game isn't hard at all... just takes a few races to learn the best route, after that its pretty easy.. unless an idiot driver decides he wants to swerve because he sees street races coming at him at 200 mph and just happens to swerve right into me... if they would just keep going straight it would make it a lot simpler for both of us... anyway.. about unlocking the cars..

you have to beat all of career mode before you can unlock the cars only available in arade mode? :confused:

those would be the three cop cars
 
What can you do in this game? Are there licenced cars? Can you upgrade cars like in GT3, etc... I just want to know what you can do in the game.
 
You can race, and play capture the flag, and some Detonate game, and you can play it online...thats bout it
 
Yeah, same with Auto Modellista, I'm growing tired of that, the handling annoys me. I guess nothing will compete with GT3 ever, well, except GT4 :D

yeah.. i'm glad i rented it and didn't buy it... i think i'm 90 or so percent through the game and i've had it for like 2 or 3 days... i did buy frequency the other day though.. haven't opened it yet.. gonna wait til i beat mcii and get the last 3 gold licenses on gt3

I just beat Nikko in the first race and im close 2 winning the bullet train (second) race against him. BTW its 389 km/h... I designed some AWESOME races in tokyo
 
YAY! yesterday i beat Nikko in his first race and now im onto the second! its sweet but its weird there are 2 locked arcade-career mode players b4 nikko... i beat ricky (my first racer) and then went straight 2 nikko... according 2 a walkthrough i went 2 2 figure that out, i still have 2 race shing and (i think) ken'ichi... btw the graphix arent realistic but theyre AWESOME.. SO IS THE WHOLE GAME. I made my own race and btw the only reason y im on this site is cuz i did a search for info on Nikko's Knight and i found this site.:sly: C yuz later.:)

Paris is easy except the race against bikes and Ian in a car and the second race against Parfait... Damn Nikko's tough though
