But I prefer the ones before that more, I just hope the shots not saying the same wow message before post 28, 30 and 31 is not a sign of things to come from you, in other words I hope you start doing great like you did before those 3 posts.
 
I really appriciate negative critisicm. I am experiementing alot, I see everyone doing motion blurs, zoom blurs, etc... but I need to know what you don't like about them. Tear them apart! It's the only way I will learn from it.
 
Also as an aside, post 31 isn't an edited picture, it's the source image from the one above it to compare it to. And I also know that "Into the Night" is a horrible one, but it is hard to get the headlight effect, much like the smoke effect from the Supra shot.
 
Soft Focuses and Contrast only go so far. In my opinion, they are getting old and repetitive, and I'm the one making them! :) I'll wait for a few more people to give feedback before I decide my latest batch is junk...I really like them. Then again, of course I would! :)
 
But only way you can go forward, is if you take a small step back to your style, also remember you may find some new tricks for the style in those 2 posts. Anyway I did not want to say this, but please drop by my gallery if you get a chance. *TVR&FF: Goes Red of saying about his gallery*
 
I guess I am just subborn. I'll give it a few days to simmer, and if by then people are still poo-pooing it, then back it is. Thanks again for the opinion!

Also, just curious...are you not fond of ANY of the recent batch? I did a few different techniques in them..I really liked how I made that first one (with the yellow cars) look like nighttime, I thought it was original...and also with the Miata / sunset one, it took alot of work to tint it right, with saturation, unsharpening, even a few cloud renders. :( and I thought "keep on keepin' on" had an awesome angle, and the lens flares were subtle enough to not take over.
 
Has anyone besides me noticed the "cameraman" glitch in rally tracks? If I take a picture, then back out of it without saving and aim to shoot again, all the cameramen who run out into the track have reset their positions in the middle of the track. That's how I got my car so close to the cameraman in "Disaster" (the ony flying was obviously added in! :) ). Once you resume the race, the guy does his little skittering animation back to the sidelines. I have taken photos with the guy standing in my hood, and I have a few of me driving through him as he runs to the sidelines. Pretty funny! :)

the saleen, the background, the black and white, they all fit perfectly.

Nice, I've been meaning to do something very similar with a rally car. I was doing photomode at castle rocks with a Charger and saw that big rock and immediately thought of Ansel Adams. The Charger just wasn't the right car for the shot though.
 
OK people, a few updates here.

First, this is my entry to week 102 of the PMCs. I am not 100% satisfied like I was with the Ansel Adams shot, but I don't have the time to take a bunch of new pictures.

This one doesn't have too much to it, it just strikes me well.

This one was nice...it took me an hour to find a good land rover logo and photoshop the words gran turismo onto it.

I like how I got the words to look like clouds...if you didn't see any words, look closer!
 
that pic's not so bad at. dont know why u dont like it. as for the sigs, i like the 2nd one the most for its colors and the way everything blends, but then i also like the first one coz i think it's just cleaner than the other two.
