Mileage Exchange: when does it update?

Only been playing a few weeks and getting used to all the intricacies of the game. One question: how often does the Mileage Exchange update to have new stuff? I've got all I want from the current line-up and I'm wanting to get some fancy new wheels or something....

When you open mileage exchange, keep an eye on the bottom of your screen.

A line of txt goes from right to left at the bottom of your screen which shows you the date when the mileage content is updated.

There's a minor update with wheels, paints, helmets, poses and stickers, then a major update which changes the two cars as well. The update is 9am UTC/GMT every Tuesday.
