I have a question: since I'm almost only doing liveries and playing around in photomode, I don't earn much mileage points (or credits).
I know that many online servers have the option enabled to use Auto Drive; so when you press the Options key, your car keeps driving round after round.

Do these Auto-Drive Laps count to your mileage points? Because that way I can spend my time in Photoshop, while letting my PS farm points for me.
Any other tips are highly appreciated.

Its not hard i buy everything and i have 75 000 milage points...... just play the game a bit and you will have enough!

Like I said: I play the PhotoMode and livery editor....not so much the racing at this moment. And since that is already very time consuming, I don't have the time to also grind hours and hours just for mileage points.

You might have a lot, but that doesn't apply to me. I have 300 at the moment.

1. If all you’re doing is liveries, and photos, what do you need mileage points for? Also with the state of tuning, mileage points are pretty much useless right now.

2. Choose a fast, and heavy car (I used a GT-R N1000), start a custom race on Northern Isle Speed Course with a full grid of professional opponents for 8-12hrs, put a rubber band around your shoulder trigger, and hit start. Watch your car for a lap to make sure it keeps a straight line and doesn’t spin in the bends.

If you just want more mileage, I'd recommend a GR. 1/Gr. X car at Blue Moon Bay speedway. You can get close to if not over 200mph on the straights which means you cover more miles per hour, resulting in more mileage. The turns are also less 'severe' so there's less chance of spinning out. I get about 34,000 mileage points for a 24 hour race there.

I actually meant Blue Moon. I cannot keep those 3 apart.
And what he said. However with how little you’re playing chances are you don’t have the 2.6k BHP Tomahawk or any other Gr.X/1 car yet. Before I had the Tomahawk I tuned a car to N1000.

Buying paints, rims and cars.
Ill try the rubber thing soon :)

Btw: I do have the tomahawk already :)

To answer your first point, Wheels, Paint colours some decals are all locked behind the Mi currency as are some cars, So if a certain car is locked behind a currency that you need to grind for just to unlock it for creating liveries and photos, I think you see where I'm going with this.

I tried farming for mileage points using Auto Drive by joining another dude's room, the track was Northern Isle. Used my Tomahawk S for the 1hr race, earned some 1,600 points after. I want to try Blue Moon Bay for 2hrs this weekend now that I got the Tomahawk GTS-R as a gift, I just need another person to join so that I can start the race.

I'm really curious: Is doing a whole Lobby race in Auto Drive to farm Credits and Mileage Points cheating and/or looked down upon? I've thought about that for a while and don't feel too confident joining said lobbies in case PD does something about those lobbies.

I use rubber banding for earning mileage, credits and exp.

N100 MX5 vs Gr.1 on Northern Isle Speedway. Leave it cracking, lots of mileage.

You'd earn more mileage points by you driving a Gr.1 car or Gr.x tomahawk or whatever is quickest in a straight line :)

I tried this yesterday. Works great! Thx

Dude, are you daft?
That I'm doing this livery/photomode thing now doesn't mean I will never do anything else.

Why do you have such a hard time interpreting the question?

You have problems in your life at this moment that you are a bit stressed out? Whas just a joke thats the part “haha”

About your problem, if you do race like you say you dont have Mi problems its not hard to get. 1 day later and now at 85 000 and here it comes “haha” en special for you a wink ;) so you can understand.

Mister serious try to ralax a bit with some racing and the best part is you get Mi!!!

Usually one marks an online joke with a smiley. Saying "haha" could just as well mean you were laughing at me. Just so you know.

But I'm still very relaxed and no, I don't have problems in my life. I only have a problem with your stubborness. I am asking a very simple question. Of course you may recommend me that I should just race to get those mileage points, but please don't repeat that "advice" again and again after I told you that's the exact thing I'm trying to avoid (which should be pretty obvious from the OP already).

And now, some posts later, you still don't seem to get it. I don't have heaps of spare time for gaming. I'm an adult with a full-time job, a side-job, sports, friends, a girlfriend and a house which needs to get redone. This all takes up A LOT of my free time.
So whenever I get an hour or two to get some cool liveries or photos going on, then THAT'S what I spend my precious "alone-time" on. Because it's an easy way to relax but still get my creative juices flowing. If I need to spend quite a lot more time on driving in order to get at least 10k mileage points a week, then I consider that quite a waste of my time at this point.
When I have more free time, I definitely will race more. But for now....well, you get it now, right? At least I hope so, after all this elaborate and unnecessary explanation. So if you'd could stop telling me just to race for it, that would be great!

If you are only interested in Mileage points. And don't care about credits or xp. Then just create your own free run lobby of blue moon. And just enter and start auto drive with the tomahawk.
You won't get a result screen with how many mileage points you received but they do increase when you look at the top bar.
And since it's practice you can let it run endless :)

This will get you around 1.3k mileage every 30 minutes or something.

Hahahahah edit button is nice to have isnt it? ;)

O and at 140 000 Mi now

Why are you such an annoying individual?
FYI: I used the edit button to edit a spelling mistake: stubbiness stubborness.

I never called you stupid, and I'm getting a bit tired of your presumptuous behavior by now.
Can you maybe just stay away from this thread? It's not like you are really contributing with any valuable input anyway.
