Thanks Tr@sos,

But I'd bet that your final lap time is less than mine, because I screwed up on the final turn pretty bad on that lap. lots of time to make up. I just hope I can get a T2 like that again, with a post-T2 time to match.

My first 10 laps.
T2 1'04.001

Very nice combo 👍

That's my new T2 : 1'02.162 and I think that I will stop here...but I can continue a bite if I find some time... :yuck:
Bye :)
[edit : I did this lap after 10 minutes...]

Finally some time in my hands :)

T2: 1'02.498

This track and me don't understand us

I need more practice 👍

Nice run Tr@sos.

I probrably won't have any time to run until SUN, when I will hit it hard again. Well.. I may have some time tonight.

Nice times that all of you have been posting recently.
I'll give it some more tries, trying to reach the top 5.
That's one of my favourite tracks from GT1 : you have to find the good rhythm to be fast through the winding sections without having your car unbalanced when riding the rumble strips. Especially when driving a low power FF.

I'm happy the WRS Qualifier didn't drag everybody away from the Cup 👍

Well, I haven't touched GT4 since ... wednesday? ... so I haven't run this or the WRS qualifier. I had planned on playing tonight, but I spent to day making muffins and just as I'm ready to play a little, my damned apartment mate jumped on the TV ... so there goes my gaming time.

I'll try and get something in tomorrow - and that'll be my only time I guess - but I don't expect it to be anything special or even a certainty. Real nice times by a few of you there, I'll certainly be looking ofrward to your replays regardless of what happens to me :p

I am afraid of telling you that I won't be able to compete in this one, flat-out.

I am leaving for a Conference in Florida, tomorrow morning at 5:30AM and I will not be back until late Wednesday night.

Happy racing and good luck to you all 👍

The Wizard.

Aw bummer Wizard.

Well good luck with your conference. Tonight I will definately be able to run some laps.

Winner of the Bahrain Gran Prix: Fernando Alonso - Renault!!!

I wished I had some more time this week.
I like the track,good choice.

T2 1'03.326

1'02.265

That's all I could muster today. I just can't put together a perfect lap. I have got one T2 of 1'01.963 but I got so excited I botched the first corner after T2 and lost all that time. :(

Anyways, I'm submitting now. I just hope to make the podium in the first race.

Anyways, I'm submitting now.
I didn't receive any PM, Chris.
So you've not submitted yet.
Forgotten or decided to have another go ?

I ran some laps yesterday, but couldn't get fast T1s.

Really difficult to join a whole good lap in this track :scared:

Finally I have submitted a 1'02.226 T2, with a not very good final sector :yuck:

Results would must be very close :nervous:

Holy cow!!! I submitted right after I posted last. Oh no!!! I did log out right after, I think I may have done so too soon. Is it too late to re-submit? I have the same time as the T2 time posted above, and haven't run anymore. I understand if I can't. Rules are rules.

Rules are rules and deadline is deadline.
For this race, the deadline will be in 16 hours, so you had plenty of time to submit.
BTW, could you check that there's no typo in your submitted laptime ? (see PM)

I got all confused with the times, LOL. I thought it was SUN night at midnight for the west coast. It was a typo (see PM, hehe) Sorry again.

I don't have this track yet since I have just been concentrating on the arcade mode so far. :dopey:

I have only golded the National "B" and half of National "A" licenses. Looks like I have some catching up to do!

I just found this series last week and I'm giving it a go. I've been cruising this site and am glad to see there are so many GT4 fans out there. These series should help keep the game interesting long after everything is won. My T2 was a little off the leaders at 1:02.794 but I didn't practice that long. My lap has been submitted.

Hey Bones. Welcome.

Nice to see more people joining the Mini Cup. Race 2 has already been posted. Just click the link in my signature that says "Mini Cup 2005". It will take you there. (If you haven't already found it)

Nice T2, BTW.

P.S. I C U lurking Kolyana. LOL JK :)

Welcome on board Bones, that was the good time to join.
Sorry Martin, I know most of the tracks we'll use have to be unlocked, I just thought everybody would have enough played the GT Mode to have already unlocked them.

Final board is uploaded into post #1.

Feel free to post replays here, I'll do so later in the week.

Glad to finish 2nd :D, surely my performance will suffer in the dirt

Congrats to Naude for his win and to Tr@sos for fill the podium

Flat-out, It's a pleasure participate in your super good organized series 👍

Flat-out, It's a pleasure participate in your super good organized series 👍
And it's a pleasure to organize it.
I ran about 20 laps before submitting my time for race #1, which means about 40 minutes in total over the whole week.
At the same time I spent about 6 hours to organize races #2 and #3 (testing the tracks, the tires, running the ghost laps...)
I hope it'll be the other way around when the GT Mode races begin, next monday ;)

Wow, I must have lost so much time after T2. I think I'm going to have to go run it a dozen more times to find out where I lost it. And I would really like to see some replays of the podium standers laps. I'm sure I could learn alot from them.

(on a side note) The replays from Race #2 look absolutely awsome. Cranking that Mini 90 dergrees, to make it full throttle on the first sweeper after leaving the tarmac is breathtaking to watch.

Anyways, good runs from all. I may not be on top, but this is still really fun, and the points standings will make me fight even harder on the next races.

Mojo :) <====Points monger, hehe.

Sorry for not being able to see this race through guys. I've got some issues over here in real-life: MY HDTV, my PS2 and an apartment mate who doesn't know when to go and occupy himself somewhere else.

I'm currently trying to qualify in the WRS and run the first race this week, so I'm really not sure where that leaves me in the mii-cupo challenge, but I'll TRY and compete ... I'm just not sure if I can find the time at this stage.

COngrats to everyone at the top there for some nice times!

hehehe now that's quite a surprise. Didn't expect to be 1st after that T2 that Tr@sos submitted but i think that just shows that no1 ran it perfectly, but i think we all did very good. Can't wait to hit the next one. Good luck to everyone.

Will post my replay in the next few days

Congratulation for Naude & Barbol(and all the others too :) ), damn for me :scared: I don't know where I lost all this time after the T2...
Tomorrow I will send my replay,
bye

Hi,
Here's my replay (normally it's it, but I've got a problem with my maxdrive, and I can't know if it's the right replay or not.... :scared: )
